Good time management skills and leaving your job at the office and don’t give up any of your free time to catch up on work if you don’t have to. Ahhhhhhhh…even more relief.

I started off at a slow pace. I was exhausted by the time that I got back, but at the same time, I was proud of myself. The next day, I simply stretched, put on some sweats, and jogged once around the block.

I have a friend who recently started take a depression medication. She is much better now, and she says the depression medication has cut out on the dangerous lows that she was feeling. She said she not longer gets super excited about things, but she also doesn’t feel deep despair. She was severely depressed and couldn’t snap out of it. She had thoughts of ending her life, and her husband stepped in and took her in to see a doctor. It’s not perfect, she says, but it is far better than what she was feeling. She hopes that she will one day get off of the meds, but right now she feels more secure taking them. She wants to live her life, not worry about how she is feeling all of the time.
