Elastic bands are great for getting resistance without lugging around big old dumbbells everywhere you go. Do you know where you stand? If not, it's wise to find out what you're allergic to. Oodles of people are allergic to specific foods. I suppose you'd have to carry an emergency kit in your vehicle, just in case. But, it doesn't stop with small creatures. Peanuts being a major one. Wow, would this ever change the way you looked at the simple honey bee! Suddenly he would become your sworn enemy. One sting from that tiny insect could end your existence. I certainly am, but can't help but wonder what an annoyance it must be. It always amazes me how many people are allergic to things. I can't imagine having this affliction since I've never in my life had an allergic reaction to anything. Not that I'm not grateful. Especially for those who're allergic to certain insects such as bees.
