Whether your traveling on the go or around the home, you don't need to give up healthy eating simply because you are on the run. As you hustle about, a healthy meal is probably the last thing you think about. The following tips can help you eat when your on the go. - Sneak the healthy food in. Even though it would be great if your kid understood the importance of fruits and vegetables, this isn't always possible. If you can't get them to eat good food willingly, there are ways to sneak them in, such as making muffins out of bananas or apples, or pizza with spinach on it. If you are a mom and you catch the common cold, don’t run yourself down trying to take care of everyone else. You aren’t going to do anyone any good if you are flat out on your back for weeks because your cold morphed into bronchitis. When you are caring for those in your home with the common cold, make sure you care for yourself as well. I know sometimes you don’t have a choice, but see if there is someone who can offer you even a little assistance. Even though it isn't possible to get a child to like all healthy foods, there are some ways to get your child to try and hopefully like at least a few of them.
