I cannot rely on the State of New York any longer. Until we can get our family health care problems under control, I can only continue to hope and pray that everything remains as it is. We have been blessed with a very healthy child, and her medical expenses thus far have not been very bad. I don’t think that I will completely be able to relax about the situation until we have her adopted and she can then be added to my husband’s employers family health care plan. Though I never wish anything to happen to anyone, you can only sleep better at night when you know everyone in your household is covered.

There are people who refuse to use any type of medicine other than what they consider to be alternative health care. However, because it is not mainstream in the United States, natural remedies are still considered alternative. Alternative is a tough word, because these practices are actually things that were used long before any type of western medicine was practiced. This usually means they want to use natural remedies as apposed to what is known as western medicine.

You can learn about and practice natural health remedies on your own, but you do have to know what you are doing. We are going to adopt our niece very soon. Because we have not adopted her just yet, she cannot be added to our policy. Now, we must pay in a small amount each week in order to keep our family health care package.
