Just remember to read the fine print before you sign up, as sometimes there are hidden costs of which you may not be aware. If anything, diet centers hold you accountable for what you do each week. If you must go weight in every week or every month, and talk to someone about what you’re doing, you’re more likely to stay with your plan.
